His kinesiology background is very well present in his coaching. He’s constantly moving around the room so he can see your form at all angles while building a relationship with you along the way. This guy has an eye for movement and a way with demonstrating and speaking cues to make it simple for members to perform proper movement. He’s great with all backgrounds and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym.

You’ll see Coach Rachel in multiple roles here at Rebel. She leads classes, trains clients 1:1, works at our front desk, and is a nutrition coach for our Transformation Program. She’s bubbly, easy going, and has so much passion for health, fitness, and nutrition! Her favorite part of coaching is seeing movements “click” for people. You can expect lots of hand clapping, some fun dance moves, words of encouragement, and lots of hype! She’s silly, fun, and makes fitness fun!

His favorite part of coaching is hanging with YOU! He believes the community aspect is what makes the gym FUN! So expect to get a great pump in his class while feeling like you’re hanging out with your best friends! P.S: this guy can dance so don’t be afraid to ask him to bust a move.

Rebel Strength and Fitness offers the best group fitness program for a few reasons.
#1. We have a balanced strength training program that franchise group fitness gyms do not offer. Gyms like OrangeTheory, FitBody, BurnBootCamp, and F45 are all high intensity focused with limited strength training options which make it easy to burnout and limit your strength gains! Our intensity levels vary throughout the week with workouts that are centered around a progressive strength training program so that you can sustain this lifestyle and continue to get stronger on your fitness journey! 100% of our members get stronger from joining our gym.
#2. Our classes are capped at 14 so that we can provide 1:1 coaching and help each individual with modifications that fit their needs. Good form is #1 here. Most group fitness gyms have 20+ members where form is easy to get overlooked.
#3. We truly are for all fitness levels. Trials are required to come in 30 minutes early before your first class to review your background and go over a movement assessment with a coach. This helps us find your starting point and serve you best! Finally, we make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door and make fitness feel FUN! When it’s fun, it makes it easy to show up, when it’s easy to show up, then you become consistent. When you become consistent. then we hit the jackpot because now you’re set up for life!
