Gyms like OrangeTheory, FitBody, BurnBootCamp, and F45 are all high intensity focused with limited strength training options which make it easy to burnout and limit your strength gains! Our intensity levels vary throughout the week with workouts that are centered around a progressive strength training program so that you can sustain this lifestyle and continue to get stronger on your fitness journey! 100% of our members get stronger from joining our gym.
#2. Our classes are capped at 14 so that we can provide 1:1 coaching and help each individual with modifications that fit their needs. Good form is #1 here. Most group fitness gyms have 20+ members where form is easy to get overlooked.
#3. We truly are for all fitness levels. Trials are required to come in 30 minutes early before your first class to review your background and go over a movement assessment with a coach. This helps us find your starting point and serve you best! Finally, we make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door and make fitness feel FUN!
